Explore Gin: Japan Edition is a 90-min hosted tasting experience with 5 Japanese style gins, Saki, matched garnishes and mixers, paired with delicious canapé.

How it works:

1. Pick a time and place your order online. We recommend doing this with a friend or three (or seven…!)

2. On arrival, we’ll get your settled in. 

3. Your host for your experience will take you through an introduction to Japanese spirits – their history, how gin and Saki are made, where they come from and more.

4. Our chef will serve canapé to keep you satisfied while you’re exploring.

5. Your experience runs for approximately 90 minutes however, we recommend allowing at least 2 hours so you can have a little post-experience tipple and don’t need to rush off immediately.

6. After your experience, we’ll provide recommendations based on your experience on where to explore next.
